Wed, May 28, 2008 - 8:29 AMis right. am greatly anticipating this moment, especially if it comes with bass-heavy rhythms and grooves to shake my soul...played on Love's soundsystem, I am going to have to be careful how I hold myself...or I may melt into a million pieces on the floor and it will take great works to put me back together again.

the album is truly a labour of love. some of the tracks you will recognize. most of them you have not heard yet. dhruva's production is massive throughout and holds it all together as we wind through musical styles and degrees of hyphistry. over the course the night of the release we will play all the songs on the album. i am personally so thrilled for this ride on friday. hearing the new tracks on the LOVE soundsystem in the live set context does give me anticipatory chills.

It's been 2.5 years in the making and now we're there. been a hard time keeping the lid on a lot of the new material till the release but it's been worth it. I tested the album at soundcheck at love last friday and it brought upon a smiley situation.
sheeit.
there'sa remix album coming out later this year too with some hooooot talent shaking up the interpretation. Mob, Nectar, Poirer, Arora, DJ C, Eskmo and more surprises all up in it...but let's not get ahead of things...
